Personnel: refers to those individuals who are employed by RedFox or are contracted to perform a service on behalf of one of the parties.
Personal data: any information that directly, indirectly, or in connection with other information, including a personal identification number, allows the identification of a natural person.
Service: refers to the service provided by RedFox as described in the relevant terms (if available) and on this platform.
Third Parties: refers to advertisers, contest sponsors, promotional and marketing partners, and others who provide our content or whose products or services we believe may be of interest to you.

WHEN DOES REDFOX USE THIRD PARTY END-USER INFORMATION?
RedFox will collect the end-user data necessary to provide RedFox services to our customers. End users may voluntarily provide us with the information they have made available on social media websites. You can control how much information social media websites make public by visiting those websites and changing your privacy settings.
WHEN DOES REDFOX USE THIRD PARTY CUSTOMER INFORMATION?

For example, when you send us your email address to express interest in becoming a RedFox customer, we receive information from a third party that provides automated fraud detection services to RedFox. Occasionally, we also collect information that is publicly available on social media websites. HOW DO WE USE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS?
By submitting your email address on this platform, you consent to receive our emails. We do not send unsolicited commercial emails because we hate spam as much as you do. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
We keep your information only as long as we need it to provide you with RedFox and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. This is also true for anyone with whom we share your information and who perform services on our behalf. When we no longer need to use your information and it is not necessary to retain it to comply with our legal or regulatory obligations, we will delete it from our systems or de-identify it so that we cannot identify you.
HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the security of your personal information when you place an order, enter, submit, or access your personal information. We offer the use of a secure server. All sensitive/credit information you provide is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted in our payment gateway provider's database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and they are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, finances, etc.) is never stored. However, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of the information you transmit to RedFox nor can we guarantee that your information on the service will not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by a breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards.
MIGHT MY INFORMATION BE TRANSFERRED TO OTHER COUNTRIES?
RedFox is incorporated in Guatemala. Information collected through our website, through direct interactions with you, or from the use of our help services may be transferred from time to time to our offices or personnel, or to third parties, located worldwide, and may be viewed and hosted anywhere in the world, including countries that may not have general laws governing the use and transfer of such data. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, by using any of the above you voluntarily consent to the cross-border transfer and hosting of such information.
IS THE INFORMATION COLLECTED THROUGH THE REDFOX SERVICE SAFE?
We take precautions to protect the security of your information. We have physical, electronic, and administrative procedures in place to help safeguard, prevent unauthorized access, maintain data security, and properly use your information. However, neither people nor security systems are infallible, including encryption systems. Additionally, people may commit intentional crimes, make mistakes, or disregard policies. Therefore, while we strive to take reasonable precautions to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. If applicable law imposes any irrefutable duty to protect your personal information, you agree that intentional misconduct will be the standards used to measure our compliance with that duty.
CAN I UPDATE OR CORRECT MY INFORMATION?
The rights you have to request updates or corrections to the information collected by RedFox depend on your relationship with RedFox. Personnel may update or correct your information as detailed in our internal company employment policies.
Customers have the right to request the restriction of certain uses and disclosures of personally identifiable information in the following ways. You may contact us to (1) update or correct your personal identifiable information, (2) change your preferences regarding communications and other information you receive from us, or (3) delete personal identifiable information maintained about you in our system (subject to the following paragraph), by canceling your account. Such updates, corrections, changes, and deletions will not affect any other information we maintain or information we may have provided to third parties in accordance with this Privacy Policy prior to such update, correction, change, or deletion. To protect your privacy and security, we may take reasonable steps (such as requesting a unique password) to verify your identity before granting you access to your profile or making corrections. You are responsible for keeping your unique password and account information secret at all times.
You should be aware that it is technologically not possible to delete all records of information you have provided to us from our system. The need to back up our systems to protect information from accidental loss means there may be a copy of your information in a form that cannot be erased and would be difficult or impossible for us to locate. If you are a RedFox employee or applicant, we collect the information you voluntarily provide us. We use the information collected for human resources purposes to manage worker benefits and select applicants.
You may contact us to (1) update or correct your information, (2) change your preferences regarding communications and other information you receive from us, or (3) receive a record of the information we have regarding you. Such updates, corrections, changes, and deletions will not affect any other information we maintain or information we may have provided to third parties in accordance with this Privacy Policy prior to such update, correction, change, or deletion.
BUSINESS SALE
We reserve the right to transfer information to a third party in the event of a sale, merger, or other transfer of all or substantially all of RedFox's assets or any of its corporate affiliates (as defined herein), or the portion of RedFox or any of its corporate affiliates related to the Service, or in the event that we discontinue our business or file or have filed a petition against us in the event of bankruptcy, reorganization, or similar proceeding, provided that the third party agrees to adhere to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
AFFILIATES
We may disclose information (including personal information) about you to our corporate affiliates. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, “Corporate Affiliate” means any person or entity that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with RedFox, whether by ownership or otherwise. Any information related to you that we provide to our corporate affiliates will be handled by such corporate affiliates in accordance with the terms of this privacy policy.
GOVERNING LAW
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of {{country}} without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
