Deliverables.
Evaluation matrix and operational efficiency
A matrix that includes a list of improvements and recommendations that can be applied to enhance the operational productivity of the department or company. The matrix includes estimated annual savings, priority, description, and implementation cost.
Digital transformation master plan design
Some key points with a greater impact on efficiency will be selected for implementation within a range of 6 to 12 months. For each project, objectives, KPIs, budget, and required resources will be worked on.
