Scope of our service
Ideation and exploration workshop
We will have an exploration session where we will analyze the idea, the target market, and the digital product. We will analyze the proposed solution and how it addresses the target market.
Schematization workshop
We will have a brainstorming session where we will visualize your product ideas using low-fi brainstorming tools.
Conceptual analysis of the target market
Analysis and definition of the market segment that the product aims to target. The ideal buyer persona will be defined.
Technical feasibility and budget
A technical analysis will be conducted to determine the feasibility of the product from both a technical and cost perspective. Additionally, the possible sources of monetization will be conceptually analyzed.
Deliverables.
Product feature map
Block diagram that defines the functions of the product in its first version. It will serve as a guide to define the product and estimate the development costs.
Conceptual frameworks
A maximum of 5 product views will be worked on, which will be used to visually define the required features and explain the product visually.
Executive report
Document summarizing the information generated in presentation format. It includes the analysis of the product, market, budget, and initial characteristics of the product.

At the beginning of the services, objectives will be defined. If these objectives are not met, interviews and iterations will continue to be conducted at no additional cost.
Conditions
The price may vary according to the product.
50% of the cost may be applicable as a credit towards the development of the MVP.
