The client required a system that would allow them to easily and integrally manage the vacations and permissions of the different employees in the company. They also required to integrate a customized dual authorization process (immediate supervisor and manager) to better control the processes. Additionally, their objective was to provide visibility to the employees regarding their vacation availability.
