Problem description
The client required a comprehensive system that would allow managing all processes in one place and provide complete visibility of the operational process of importing and exporting shipments by sea, land, and air. The vision was to develop a product that would gradually adapt the company's internal processes. The processes that were required to be included were: Sales, Operations, Margining, Customs, Clients, and Billing.
Proposed solution
Over several months and through continuous improvement, different modules and processes were developed that gradually simplified the operations, making them more efficient every time. The goal was to have complete visibility of the company through a single platform, having the most important KPIs in view and under constant monitoring.
