Problem description
On board, I needed to digitize and optimize my transportation reservation system for corporate clients and tourists. The management of destinations, routes, and rates required a manual process that did not scale efficiently with demand and complicated the accuracy of cost estimates based on the number of passengers.
Proposed solution
RedFox developed a website with an integrated reservation management system for Abordo. This system manages destinations and routes, automatically calculates costs based on the number of passengers, and generates and confirms reservations, automatically sending the confirmation email to the customer, simplifying the booking process and increasing user satisfaction.
Results obtained
The following results were obtained within a maximum range of 12 months.
