BIM-CA was looking to streamline the management of its diverse portfolio of professional services and BIM courses. The generation of invoices and the administration of payments were manual processes, which slowed down operations and affected the customer experience. Additionally, they required a robust database that centralized the relevant information for their business model.
Proposed solution
RedFox structured a custom database for BIM-CA and developed an automation system that automatically generates invoices based on the status of orders. We also implemented a process to generate payment links with a card, facilitating transactions and significantly improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Results obtained
The following results were obtained within a maximum range of 12 months.
