Problem description
Before RedFox's intervention, Gemanina faced significant challenges in managing her fashion boutique. Inventory tracking was done manually, leading to inconsistencies and errors. Sales and accounts receivable were disorganized, preventing a clear view of cash flow. Additionally, the lack of updated purchasing statistics made it difficult to make strategic decisions to drive growth.
Proposed solution
To address these challenges, RedFox proposed a customized solution that encompasses both the storefront and internal management. We developed a robust application with a public online store for customers and an administrative panel for the efficient management of products, costs, and sales. The solution includes accounts receivable control, real-time customer account statements, and operational cost analysis. This allows Gemanina to automate and optimize their business operation.

The following results were obtained within a maximum range of 12 months.
