Problem description
Ticket.gt, specialized in corporate events, faced the challenge of coordinating multiple aspects of event management manually and disconnectedly. Issues ranging from attendee registration and payment to space and order confirmations all required a unified solution that could also handle the generation and validation of tickets with QR codes and effective communication with participants.
Proposed solution
RedFox designed a custom solution, centralizing all necessary functions for event management on a single platform. Key features include an efficient registration and payment system, automatic ticket generation with QR codes, an attendance confirmation system, order management, automated email sending, and space booking, all integrated into an easy-to-use dashboard for seamless event management.
