Capstone Group faced difficulties in coordinating and managing its meetings and tasks associated with construction projects. The process was manual, time-consuming, and prone to errors, with no way to manage the recurrence of meetings or an effective method to distribute the results and post-meeting tasks to internal and external participants.
Proposed solution
RedFox designed a customized platform that optimizes the management of meetings and tasks for the Capstone Group. This tool allows for the easy creation of meetings, including recurring ones for construction projects, with features to add comments, action items, and attachments. Upon completion, it automatically generates a PDF minutes document with the agreed-upon details, which is distributed to all participants, enhancing communication and efficiency.
