Problem description
The company required a comprehensive system that would allow tracking the use of equipment by hours, as well as locations and usage times. It was also important to have a system that would allow tracking maintenance through control of hours or maximum service time. A feature for incidents was required, allowing for automatic reporting of problems with the equipment. Finally, the incorporation of automated reporting that would enable tracking the effectiveness of the equipment's operation was necessary.
Proposed solution
At RedFox, we designed and implemented a system that allows for granular control of equipment usage times. It maintains complete control of usage by hours, as well as the levels of gasoline and other important elements. The system features an incident functionality that allows operators to report issues with the equipment in real time, sending an automatic notification to all parties involved in the process.
