Regemac, committed to sustainability in the construction industry, needed to optimize waste management. Customer, project, order, and shipping management were carried out through manual processes, which increased the risk of errors and decreased operational efficiency. Additionally, invoicing was a laborious process that relied on manual data entry.
Proposed solution
RedFox designed and developed a custom ERP to automate and improve the management of Regemac. The solution includes customer, project, order, shipment management, and automatic billing based on orders. This comprehensive system not only streamlines daily operations but also reinforces the company's commitment to sustainable practices by reducing the need for paper and improving the traceability of materials.
